The Palisades Residents Association board has decided to decrease the number of issues of the Palisades Perspective newsletter. We were mailing out three issues a year in April, August and December. Our total income from memberships and advertising basically covered the costs for producing and mailing the newsletter leaving little left over for neighborhood improvement [...]
